Job requirements:

• Must possess a valid Greenbook recognised by DOSH.

• At least 5 years of experience in plantation, mill, or refinery environment.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

FOOD & BEVERAGE EXECUTIVE

Job Description:

• Supervision: Oversee production processes, ensuring staff adhere to schedules and quality standards.

• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of production workers, provide briefing on job training, and address performance issues.

• Quality Control: Monitor product quality and implement improvement measures as needed.

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Accounting: supervise bakery’s accounting function and control operation costs and identify measures to cut waste

• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure materials are available.

• Reporting: Maintain production logs and generate reports on performance, output, and quality.

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction

• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors

• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it

• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

• Assist the Manager on preparing detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

Job requirements:

• Education: Degree or equivalent; or related field preferred.

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Skills: Strong supervisory and organizational skills, passion and Persistent excellent communication, ability to troubleshoot and solve problems

• Knowledge: Understanding of food safety practices (e.g., HACCP), experience with manufacturing software, knowledge of bakery products and processes.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• At least 3-5 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Able to work on weekends

Job Description:

Responsible to manage overall daily boiler house operations and pump house operations, ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with the Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department.

Job requirements:

• Preferably those candidates with DOSH Certified Competences Person of Engine Driver Grade 1 or 2.

• Experience in boiler operation and turbine operation.

• Required languages (s) ; Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Keen to make a career in Palm Oil Refinery/Palm Oil Mill are encourage to apply, but they must aim to sit for the Certificate of Competency by DOSH.

• Willing to relocate to other station.

• Willing to work in shift.

• Willing to work 6 days a week.
