Job Description:

Responsible to manage overall daily Human Resources operations, both on-site and office, and ensuring targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the Management, in line with Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of Department / Plantations.

Job requirements:

• Possess a relevant degree, preferably a degree in Human Resources.

• Knowledge of recruitment, Industrial relationships, Immigration protocols, Employment Act, etc.

• Good relationship and familiarity with Government bodies such as the Immigration, KDN, Labour Dept., etc.

• Willing to travel and ability to multi-task.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Require a minimum of 7 years experience in the relevant field.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the Plantation Sustainability which will include environment, Health & Safety , and MSPO & RSPO compliances is required for this position.
