Job Description:
Responsible to manage overall daily plantations operations, both on-site and office and ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department / Plantation.
Job requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or equivalent.
• At least 15 years of hands-on experience in managing estates.
• Good technical knowledge and fully responsible for the efficient management and maintenance of the Company’s estate, assets, and facilities. Well exposed to sustainability certification requirements (RSPO, ISPO) and its compliance in estate management.
• Matured personality and excellent communication skills. Candidates with Indonesian work experience will have an added advantage.
• Able to manage independently with minimal guidance and be proactive.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements.
• Malaysian citizen.

Job Description:

Job requirements:
• Candidate must be able to speak both the Bengali and Hindi language. It will be an added advantage if the candidate could also speak Nepali language.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to use Window’s Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Candidate needs to be stationed in the plantation full-time.

The successful candidate will be part of an Internal Audit Team responsible for the Internal Audit functions of the Group with the following job responsibilities:
