HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (UP BHD)

Job Description:

Responsible for managing overall daily Human Resources operations, both on-site and office, and ensuring targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with the Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department

Job requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Human Resources with hands-on working experience.

• Knowledge of recruitment, Industrial relationships, Immigration protocols, Employment Act, etc.

• Good relationship and familiarity with government bodies such as the Immigration, KDN, Labour Office, etc

• Familiar with the recruitment process of bringing in foreign workers (Guest Workers)

• Willing to travel and ability to multi-task

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Required a minimum of 5 years of working experience as a HR Manager.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (PLANTATION/REFINERY)

Job Description:

Responsible for managing overall daily accounting operations and ensuring targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with the Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department.

Job requirements:

• Degree in Finance & Accounting with professional membership (CPA/ACCA/CIMA/MIA/ICAEW).

• At least 10 years of experience managing Accounts or Finance department.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in managing financial transactions.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills for handling customers and suppliers’ relations.

• Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).

• Experience in the palm oil industry is preferred.

• Willing to be based in Hutan Melintang, Perak

BOILER ATTENDANT

Level:

Operator (Non-Executive)

Job Description:

Responsible to manage overall daily boiler house operations and pump house operations, ensure targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with the Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Head of the Department.

Job requirements:

• Preferably those candidates with DOSH Certified Competences Person of Engine Driver Grade 1 or 2.

• Experience in boiler operation and turbine operation.

• Required languages (s) ; Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Keen to make a career in Palm Oil Refinery/Palm Oil Mill are encourage to apply, but they must aim to sit for the Certificate of Competency by DOSH.

• Willing to relocate to other station.

• Willing to work in shift.

• Willing to work 6 days a week.
