•Coordinate daily Bakery operations

Job requirements:

•Education: Degree or equivalent; or related field preferred.

•Experience: 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

•Proven work experience as a Bakery Manager / Assistant F&B Manager or similar role

•Proven customer service experience as a manager

•Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff

•Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

•Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills

•Able to work on weekends

•Knowledge: Understanding of food safety practices (e.g., HACCP), experience with manufacturing software, knowledge of bakery products and processes.

•Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

•Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
